Warranty&Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period for all of our new products excluding open box and clearance items.

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

Contact us within the first 14-days of delivery date of the item.
Must have original invoice, no exceptions.
Wheels cannot be mounted to tires, no exceptions.
Wheels and parts must be in new and unused condition.
Must have original packaging and included accessories.
If wheels or parts have been installed, it is considered used and is not eligible for return for refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping cost paid by the customer is non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Wheels must returned in their original packaging and box. If wheels are damaged when they are returned due to improper/poor packaging it is subject to additional fees. Non-negotiable.

All sales are final for open box and clearance items and is not eligible for return or refunds.

RETURNS

To start a return, you can contact us at  jack@megamate.cn.
We will provide an RMA form for you to complete. Once completed you must send it back to us along with pictures and or details of the reason you are returning. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as long as it is a defect or issue with the product, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If a return is deemed as "customer remorse" (you end up not liking the wheels, you bought another set of wheels, you purchased it by mistake, you ordered the wrong size / fitment)  you are 100% responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept return on products that have been mounted to the vehicle. Wheels that has been mounted to tires cannot be returned.

All sales are final on open box and clearance items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty
1-Year Paint Finish Warranty

We warrants that our wheels will not exhibit structural failure under normal and intended use for the lifetime of the wheels as long as the original purchaser (retail consumer) owns the wheels.      The purchaser is to install the wheels as they were intended by We without any modifications.      Failure to properly install the wheels or installing the wheels with additional hardware that wasn’t originally supplied with the wheels will be subject to voiding the warranty.

Structural warranty does not apply to the following conditions:

Result of an accident or road conditions
Improper use of the vehicle including, but not limited to, on and off-road racing.
Exceeding the load rating of the wheels
We guarantees under normal usethat the finish will not peel or lift on the face of the wheel for a period of two years from the original purchase date.

Finish warranty does not apply to the following condition:

Result of an accident or road conditions
Improper use of the vehicle including, but not limited to, on and off-road racing.
Improper use of cleaning chemicals
Changing or modifying of color i.e paint, powder coat.      Any custom color done to the wheels will results in a void finish warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser shall return the wheel for visual inspection to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased;      along with a copy of the original sales receipt.

If returned products are found ineligible for warranty coverage, the product will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.      

The warranty does not cover the cost of removal, shipping, installation, or re-installation of the wheel.     The purchaser is responsible for the cost of said actions above.

IMPORTANT:

Warranty cannot be transferred and is only applicable to the original purchaser with original invoice from our authorized dealer or from our own store.
